Our experience is that making social connections and finding community is pretty hard. We are Open Seat Collective—our goal is to bring college students together through shared meals and meaningful connections.We seek to create authentic conversations through monthly social connection popups at midwest college campuses.

Who We Are
Founded by a group of friends who met through a college ministry at Northwestern, Open Seat Collective is an organization rooted in the belief that we are made for community and purpose.
As college students, we came to see that there were very few spaces where people could come together in authentic conversation and connection, and so we sought to create just that. We happen to really enjoy food too. While many on our team today identify as Christians, Open Seat Collective seeks to be a place for everyone of every background and belief.
